选中项目或文件，右键Team-显示资源历史记录。可以选中某个版本查看，改回这一版本，也可以选中其中2个版本进行比较。

选中要更新的项目或单个文件，右键选择Team，选择更新或提交，最好在提交之前先更新，如果要冲突要打开文件，修改有冲突的部分，删除冲突产生的文件，再次提交就好了。

选中要检出的项目，右键检出为。点击finish项目开始检出。
